Detail: This beautiful tree, known as the Traveler's Palm Tree, sits in the front yard of my friend Karin's home. Native to Madagascar, these trees collect water in the base of their stalks while their fans tend to grow east-west. Traveler's were said to find both direction and drink from these plants. My friend Karin is much like this tree. Born in Germany, she has traveled all over the world and her home has been a place to find direction and sustenance for many a weary soul.
Description: The cards are made from photographic prints of the original watercolor painting. They are then hand mounted on 5" x 7" white linen cards. Each card includes a matching white linen envelope and is enclosed in a resealable clear bag. Cards are blank inside for your own personal message.
Gift Idea: Give with an 8" x 10" frame, as these are first quality images, great for small spaces or in a grouping.
